I was a cool pair of sandals that looked comfortable, would not slip off my feet, soles with traction and had been considered beautiful, if possible – and no flip-flops. I found everything in the Bree Keen cross slide. The shafts are nobuck, very cute with a stylized cross (the straps are not really cross) and details of the rustic seams. The inserts are upholstered in leather and very comfortable, and the soles are solid, I am not allowed to slip. The Bree slides do not have that closed toe construction often seen in Keen sandals, they look delicate and feminine.
This is my first Keen shoes, and I found that the fit a running bit small if you have wider feet too. I ordered my usual size but the straps were a little tense. A half point higher dissolved know that the only thing I do not like about Bree slides that a kind of squeak when you walk to make. It is the feet rubbing the leather inserts. I hope this will end once they are worn in.
