I would like my review says that I instead of an earlier Amphibious Keen shoe with this preface, I am sitting with two pairs of shoes almost (but not close enough) are identical.
What I need : Flexible versatile shoe I can wear cycling (in a cage) on the search bin, gym, travel mucking (with possible jungle on), and river walk.
Pros:
1) is ideal running shoe – Breathable, washable, removable insole
2) Quick lace band never come when you just have joint problems or feet that swell
3) Toe box the sharp signature toe protection guard
4) generous toe
Cons:
1) In the earlier incarnation of the strap over the shoe, a synthetic material such as leather – that is thick plastic and has a bulky appearance
2) The sole of this shoe looks like a hiking boot and has its many catchy balls to me love it so much, and results in less flexible it is made – I have found with this shoe I receive on my foot pain arch that has never happened
2b) If more dirt on the bottom of the shoe now
3) Insole is substandard – it does not quite fit right and right in the shoe slips to actually, if I’m walking – yuk!, it is also tissue which is one step down to the anatomical had (compared depressed toe beds) rubber sole of the previous incarnation
; 4) Although narrow in front, keeps coming my heel, and I have no way to tighten the back.
If I did not ever seen the old version of this shoe I as a working animal, which fit like a glove, I would would call it 4 stars. After my old shoes are worn completely, I would rate it a generous 3 is based on the downgrade. While in the past, say that I would shoe great for rafting, traveling (I went with all my Keens – by streams and let them dry in a very short time) of terrain climbing / hiking, and even in the gym (plus a great light for wheel pants those cages are not clips), now I would say it has
I am a size 6 7.5 with a high arch. Normally I wear a 6 5 in Keens. I wear a 7 in these and feel like they have a bit to be broken before they are comfortable. They feel more restrictive than usual in Keens I am, and I have no way to explain the heel problem.
Conclusion: If you a running shoe that could get something to wet in wet (if you replace the insoles) is recommended. Otherwise, I’m hesitant at the moment. I think North Face Padda try an alternative.
