I bought 7, which runs a bit too big. I threw them in the dryer with a damp cloth for twenty minutes. She declined to perfect. I even left shoe a little longer, since one is off my feet a little smaller than the other. I have very narrow feet. I took a hair dryer and heat the outer edge, holding the rim was cooled as close to it and voila! I have just fitted shoes for my feet. I’m in tailoring, so this was easy for me to do. I love the neutral color. It goes with everything. They are comfortable. Sometimes my feet hot, but do not smell the shoes and not my feet. I bought three pairs in different colors that I loved her so much.
