I have always loved sketchers, as I got older and needed more of my Birkenstocks shoes I wear Keens began and Brooks for the work from. I saw this in the mall and picked up a pamphlet and look up some information online.
I decided that this is a step in the direction of MBT’s without dropping $ 250 and bought a pair of . Most shoes will be with as your foot touches the ground flat, are made in the same way every time, these (MBT’s, Shape Ups, and some others), so will your feet supported and protected, but this support is to squishy foam that your feet and leg muscles must work in mini-, multi directions to keep standing.
It sounds strange to say, it’s like walking barefoot on sand, there is nothing else, feels closer. After a walk to the video and grocery store, my feet and legs feel like I took a walk on the beach.
I know that every little bit helps and I’m very much in my neighborhood, so it is a great shoe for me to have.

If you have someone that can not afford, are have not tried or do not want to pay for the costs of the MBT antishoe, then Skechers is your choice. I bought Shape Ups at the end of June 2009 for the nursing school. I spend most of my time sitting in class and so far only one day of Clinicals (7 hours).
My Shape Up Shoes already shows much wear on them. The outsoles platforms are not as tight as MBT, the paint cracked around the heel area already, which look like the shoes are very old and worn when she does not. This should be the white foam were made, not to paint over them.
Also, these make for short walks, such as for work. I took her to New York for five days, and they killed my feet.
The training is not so much if you are already in good physical condition. I had not felt anything on my legs during my walks NYC. />

I bought these shoes and love them easily. I wear them all weekend running errands and walking my dog in the evening. Wish Sketchers would a shoe worn more professional, that could work every day looked like.
I have osteoarthritis in both knees and I do not feel any pain when wearing this plus they are a great training for your muscles.

These shoes are a nice novelty, but not much more. Although they in appearance very similar to the high-heeled shoes MBT, look with a nice curve, the reality is that if you apply a lot of weight, the heel flattens out quite a lot and you do not end with the stable rocking motion, the MBT offers. This is not to say that the shoes themselves are bad, but you will not always be as much of an additional work carries them out. The base is very vague and makes for a pleasant walk, I think it helps with all the pain in my knee is doing and is comfortable. However, I theorize that each would be properly shock-absorbing gel insert than enough, unfortunately.
I’m a fan of the brand Skechers, but can not offer such easy simluation of “Walking on sand” that they should. You’re not going to burn many extra calories (if any) from a shoe that flattens out as much, so I think the use of “shape ups” is a great misnomer. Try them on in the store front of a mirror and you’ll see what I mean. As for me, I wore it when I have them, so unfortunately I could not go back to them. I will always be another pair of MBTs yet, but now I’m a hundred dollars for a regular pair of sneakers.
Overall, they make for a beautiful shoe, but if you have something to amp up what your exercise of choice is to spend, want a little more and get a proper MBT or equivalent.

I normally wear a 6 in women, but I needed a sixth 5 in these shoes. The short toe with the swing movement meant that my toes were constantly rubbing the front of the shoe when running combined. I over-pronate (flat feet) and I had no problems with the ankle rolling bearing (left-right) or the general unstable. warned that people with smaller feet, more rolls (forward and backward), because the thickness of the sole is the same whether you buy a size 6 or a size 10th I would definitely NOT recommended if you have these little feet.
I’m agnostic way, whether for cellulite and streamline work. I work regularly and was not sore at all after wearing this for a whole day. I think that this would be a really good idea after wearing heels, stretch your tendon Achilli (and to prevent planar flasciitis). And I definitely feel that walking more work when wearing this, probably because I have to shorten my stride, walk, heel-toe and more steps need to take the same route.
