I bought these shoes 1 month I have a bad back and knees and butt a torn ligament in the foot that a lot of files. I have tried in my expensive orthodics gymers and that does not help. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised to receive it the next day. I use it to exercise, walk in the park and at work and you really get a work if you use them, I would really recommend. The first few days you will be sore and painful, and probably they should be used gradually, I wore it to work and I work 12hr shift, it was alittle too much at first, but I use it now without problems now

I just wanted everyone to make on the fence about buying these shoes to let you know that they are so worth it. I’m me and I walked three miles the day I got it. I could feel the burn completely in my calves, thighs and buttocks. I think if I can master it will provide for some better results. I’m going to buy every pair in every color. I can not wait for Skechers to expand this line.

I have these shoes, while I did not notice any pain, they are really comfortable and fit well. I am a ninth 5 or 10 (usually 10) and the 10s fit perfectly.

I had to return my Skechers Shape Up – Action Fitness shoes because my feet roll inward too much. I replaced the insoles with Viscola sport, helped my arms but not the control-pronating. I like the idea of working from Shape Ups and wish they had for me.
