I bought these shoes 1 month I have a bad back and knees and butt a torn ligament in the foot that a lot of files. I have tried in my expensive orthodics gymers and that does not help. I was a little skeptical, with the 120th 00 price for these shoes, but she found for 100 00 and 10% for footwear planet and also free s / h and no tax, which brought my total to 90. 00th Online shoes look a little funky-Sole but are very cute-I, the black / white and they are also bought the most comfortable shoes I `ve ever had are gone for many walks with the children and dogs, infact they make me want more more to go. You can definitely feel the difference when you are sore, my calves if I – finish that will never happend before, and I do notice more toning occurs. I am starting a thin person, but my calves hurt and wouldnt theighs to be stiffer than the slight wobble! Absolutely the best shoes ever you wont be dissatisfied.

I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised to receive it the next day. I use the latter to use walk in the park or at work, and you really work out if you do, I would really recommend. The first few days you will be sore and painful, and probably they should be used gradually, I wore it to work and I work 12hr shift, it was alittle too much at first, but I use it now without problems now

I just wanted everyone to make on the fence about buying these shoes to let you know that they are so worth it. I’m me and I walked three miles the day I got it. I could feel the burn completely in my calves, thighs and buttocks muscles. I think if I can master them will provide for some better results. I’m going to buy every pair in every color. I can not wait for Skechers to expand this line.

I have these shoes, while I did not notice any pain, they are really comfortable and fit well. I am a ninth 5 or 10 (usually 10) and the 10s fit perfectly.

I had to return my Skechers Shape Up – Action Fitness shoes because my feet roll inward too much. I replaced the insoles with Viscola sport, helped my arms but not the control-pronating. I like the idea of working from Shape Ups and wish they had for me.
