I am not rich to buy such a quality cheap shoes. Received it yesterday and again today. You feel like nothing UGGs on the inside and have a very cheap look at the outside. What a waste. . . Rating: 1 / 5

My daughter selected these boots online. We have to return before ordering. When the boots arrived, while the fit was right, they were not exactly what she had in mind. We returned it shortly, but for the return shipping ourselves, and made sure our postage included a tracking number. In about 3 weeks, our credit card was refunded. Be sure to RETURN before ordering and always include a tracking number with your returns and you have no cares to read. Rating: 3 / 5
