I loved my Kayano 14s, so when it was time to buy new shoes, I suggested on the internet for a second pair. Unfortunately, they are so that they exit. I decided to order a pair of 15s, but I was disappointed. They felt very strongly from the 14s, and caused not only a lot of foot and ankle problems, but also my lower back hurt. I sent them back and went to my local running shop, where I was introduced to the 16s. After loading, there was a pretty quick turn around between the 15s and 16s. I feel much better compare the 16s to 14s. My first time in them, I was able to go 9 miles with very little toe-rubbing/breaking-in questions.
Long story short, if you replace your 14s, 15s skip the and 16s try to. They are a much better transition for us flat-footed and moderate pronator

I train for a marathon-spring, and I found my 14′s are too stiff. I went with the 16 per-person sports shop! After a long day of 12 miles, I developed swelling at the tip of my foot where the laces run. Be the new design to be careful as the spikes go through your foot and make sure they do not commit to much, or even a little tight.
I would not buy these for long distance running!

I was very excited to get this shoe. Once I was a big fan of Asics, but I noticed that the shoes I only lasted a marathon-training and a marathon worth, so I switched to adidas Boston. Steps in heel pain resolved during training for my last marathon and, back to KYANOS because they have a better cushion. Training went ok, but in my left shoe, something happens to set the padding and a comb with the time right under my metatarsal. . . what happened some of my previous acics shoes. It really annoyed me during the marathon. . . . to the point where I wanted to take off my shoes and walk barefoot. . . I go back to Adidas. . .

I bought in the last minutes to a 5 km running. They fit perfectly, even with my custom orthotics (I had to pull out) of the original feed. I would definitely buy these again.
